What is your return & exchange policy?

Because blind-boxes are a surprise, we do not offer exchanges for character swaps. Defective or damaged items can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund—see our Returns page for details.

What materials are used?

All materials are EN 71–1/2/3 tested and CE, UKCA-compliant.

Can I buy a plushie online and pick it up in person to save on delivery?

Absolutely! We offer local pick-up by appointment within Birmingham. No delivery fee required.
